The AquaDam® has been installed past the 80' mark. There is less than 20' (notice the mark on the AquaDam®) to go. The stream bed drops steeply (1.5') in elevation within the 100' span of the installation and makes it hard to maintain sufficient head at the other end to prevent it from moving.
Grants Pass, OR
The workers are turning the AquaDam® so that it meets back up with the bank, making a wide U-shape around the two-lane bridge pier. The workers have to stop and hold the AquaDam® in place to let pressure back up each time they unroll it a few feet.
Grants Pass, OR
The last part of the AquaDam® is unrolling. All crew members must help so that the last pair of legs behind the AquaDam® can be removed without being trapped between the bank and the dam.
