The work site has been dewatered by pumping the trapped water out. Now the excavation can begin. This called for a huge trench. The excavator had to dig down 15' to install the sewage pipe. 

Seepage underneath the upstream AquaDam® was controlled with a 3" trash pump. Both AquaDams® were installed within two hours after filling of the first AquaDam® began.
