The collar is open up, and the second AquaDam® is pulled inside until it abuts into the first. It is very important that the AquaDams® abut well because the first must serve as a platform to start the second. |

The fill tubes are then pulled up through the holes in the top of the collar. |

The collar is then slid back over the second AquaDam®, the fill tubes are undone and the fill hoses are placed inside, and filling can begin. |
