All of the AquaDams® get covered with new snow virtually every night.

The tops of the AquaDams® are swept free of snow each morning to ensure that they do not become icy and slick.

A 4' high x 230' long AquaDam® is once again used to back up the first 8' high unit.

The AquaDams® in this installation were started from opposite banks, and almost meet in the middle. A 30' long open-ended AquaDam® is placed inside both collars, and coupled to the end of both installed AquaDams®. This will create an intentional weak point in the cofferdam so that if water levels should unexpectedly rise, this point will wash out and allow the water to equalize on both sides of the AquaDams®, hopefully preventing the remaining units from washing out.
